• Debutantes should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled portrait time.
• Partners joining for joint portraits must arrive with the Debutante.
• Please do not arrive at your session time still needing to dress or put on suits, this will delay the schedule for everyone.
• The photographer’s assistant will have all flowers and pins ready for collection. Please collect these before your portraits begin.

2. Order of Portraits

To maintain a consistent and efficient flow, portraits will be taken in the following order:

1. Debutante Individual Portraits
2. Debutante & Partner Joint Portraits
3. Partner Individual Portraits (only if purchased a package)

3. Partner Participation

• Partners are welcome to join the Debutante for joint portraits without needing to purchase a package, however
• If the partner’s parents wish to purchase individual portraits of their child, they must book their own package.
• Session times for Debutante and Partner will remain together on the schedule for convenience.

4. Keeping the Flow Moving

• Debutantes should be fully ready — dress adjusted, gloves on, hair in place, jewellery straightened, flowers on before stepping into the portrait area.
• Please avoid last‑minute outfit adjustments in the photography space, as this causes delays.
• When called, please move promptly to the photographer so the schedule stays on track.

Please stay at the venue after your session.
Full group is required for Twirl Sessions; there is a short walk to the photo location at approximately 3:50pm

5. Family Portraits – During the Event

• Please be mindful of your scheduled family portrait time. These times are a guide only. The MC will call your family name when the photographer is ready for the next family, please move to the portrait area immediately when called.
• Families must be fully gathered and organised before entering the portrait area.
• Any combination is welcome (parents, siblings, grandparents, partners), but groups must be ready to step in without delay.
• Additional combinations can be captured only within your allocated time.

6. Presentation Photography

• Debutantes who have booked a pre‑event session will also have their live presentation moment photographed.
• The twirl portraits used during the main presentation of every debutante and partner is available for purchase in full printable resolution.

7. Respecting the Schedule

• Each booked Debutante and Family Session has a set time allocation for portraits.
• To ensure fairness to all participants, sessions cannot run overtime.
• If someone arrives late, they will be photographed at the next available gap, but priority will always be given to those who arrive on time.

8. Viewing your Portraits

• The full gallery of your debutante will be available via a link on the private Bella Information Page within one week (or sooner) after your Debutante event. If, for any reason, you do not receive the email I send with your gallery details, the link will always be accessible on that page.
  
  Please return your image selections within 2 weeks.
  
  May 16th event → Due May 30th
  May 23rd event → Due June 6th
  
  This ensures all editing, processing, and packing can be completed together and your orders can be delivered promptly for you to enjoy.

9. Prints Delivery/Collection

Packages 1 and 2 include digital downloads, while Packages 3 and 4 also include a print pack. Personal delivery is available for addresses in central Albury/Wodonga. For locations further out, we can arrange a weekday meet‑up in South Albury, or postage can be added to your order. Collection from my home studio in Barnawartha is also possible.
